Delivery
Octavo is based in Rotterdam and The Hague, therefore in this area Free shipping straight to your door will take up to maximum 2 days. Your wellness box will be delivered by one of our colleagues.
In case of placing an order to further parts of The Netherlands, the delivery time may take up to 3 days. The box will be sent through Post NL and the added cost will be.
If you would like to receive Octavo box, but you live outside of The Netherlands, just send us a message and based on your location we’ll let you know about the delivery cost adjusted to you.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE BOX
You can return all or part of your order within 7 calendar days from the date of shipment.
Simply, first, contact your personal seller and send us the unused products in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products.
